    Local airline ticket agents are busy serving customers at the ticket counters. For that reason, the airlines request that all telephone calls be referred to their toll-free numbers.
  3. What time should I check-in for my flight? The airline generally asks that you check in 90 minutes prior to flight time, however at Decatur Airport at least one hour and 10 minutes before your flight is sufficient.
  4. Do I pay for parking? Parking at the Decatur Airport is FREE! Note: Handicap parking spaces are located conveniently close to the Terminal Building.
  5. Can I purchase a ticket at the airline counter? Yes! Airline personnel are generally available for ticketing between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, except during flight times (subject to change).
